Marlette attended the Tuscola County Academic
Games at Saginaw Valley State University. We had
five teams compete: English, Tech, Social Studies,
Math, and Science. The math team and social studies
team both earned 3rd place. After writing an essay in
one hour and answering 25 multiple choice questions, the
science team consisting of Emily Schaub, Logan Solgat,
Christopher Mutch, and Josie Schuitman earned 1st
place in the competition
