My name is Matt Murawski, I am 11 years old and attend Laker Schools. I will be
in the 6th grade this fall.

Racing is my favorite hobby! I have been racing since I was 4 years old. It all start-
ed at MPX Motorcross track in Sebewaing when I was 4. I raced four wheelers and
dirt bikes, I won 4 motorcross championships with my four wheeler.

Then when I was 10 I started racing a street stock race car at Silver Bullet Speed-
way in Owendale. I ended the season in 5th place.

Now at the age of 11 I am starting my 2nd year of racing a street stock car.
I come from a family of racing, my father, grandfather, and uncle all raced cars and
used the same number 09 on their cars. It’s just good luck! I am the youngest driver
in the history to race at the track in the street stocks.
Come to the races Saturday night at Silver Bullet and look for the 09 car, that will be
me.
