this type of program-
ming is for beginners
that want to know how
to get started. It is im-
portant to have some
sort of program, or plan,
when getting to the
gym. Don’t walk in and
just wing it. Walk into
the gym with a purpose,
execute the plan, stay
consistent, and you will
get results. If you want
more specific program-
ming then you can reach
out and I would be more
than happy to go over
things with you.
