Napa Valley Glazed Salmon Recipe

Healthy options don’t have to be boring! This Napa Val-
ley Glazed Salmon recipe is considered ‘heart healthy’ and
packed with flavor. Not only does it use fresh herbs and other
flavors rather than salt, but salmon is also a great source of
healthy omega-3 fats. With these gorgeous summer days, try
this recipe on the grill rather than baking in the oven!

• Beef: basil, bay leaf, green pepper, marjoram, nutmeg, rosemary, sage
• Chicken: cloves, nutmeg, oregano, pineapple, tarragon, turmeric
