I have some exciting news!! Coming soon to Ligrow’s 24 Hr Fitness will be the Athletic Per-
formance Center. I will have 1500 sq ft of turf, a 12x12x50 batting cage, and another 12x50 net
that can be used for multiple things. I am excited for this project because I love working with
athletes. The turf will be perfect for when we teach our speed and agility classes and now we
don’t have any excuse for athletes not to train or practice in the off season. The batting cage
will be perfect for the baseball or softball player, and golfer. The other net will be great for soft
pitch hitting and for hitting golf balls.

We have a lot of great athletes in the thumb and I think a facility like this will help them gain
an edge. Now we have a place where you can workout and get stronger and conditioned, and a
place where you can work on the sport specific skills. I am a golf coach so I am really excited
to be able to offer my team an indoor driving range, while the turf will act as a 1500 sq ft put-
ting green.

The speed and agility classes that I have held have been a huge hit and this will help make
