Meet Caro’s Coach Mark Brimmer

Football has always been Mark Brimmer’s passion. As a player thru

youth leagues, high school and college this four sport stand-out always loved
        his time on the gridiron.

Brimmer fi rst begin coaching almost 24 years ago for his mentor and
high school football coach at Genesse. He knew coaching was something
        he wanted to do forever.

Brimmer has coached every position and more than 4 teams, includ-
ing helping start an independent Christian football league in 2007. He

has also worked for 2 years with the Detroit Lions Football Education
        Staff, developing young players.
Brimmer came to Caro because he wanted to build a program in

a community that was focused and excited about both football, and
the positive impact it can have in developing characteristics young men

        will carry with them forever.
Brimmer and his staff the Tigers have been working since April both
on and off the fi eld, studying the fundamentals of the game, learning

a new system, and readying for the season including a trip to Ford
Field, home of the Detroit Lions, for their Purple and White game.

Brimmer believes this is a pivotal season for the Tigers in terms
of believing in themselves, playing hard for 4 quarters, and returning
to a winning tradition. He says this is one of the most coachable

group of kids he has ever coached, and is
enjoying watching them get stronger every week. His goal is to take

the team to the playoffs and someday soon for a trip back to Ford
Field, but this time to play in a State Championship.
