What made them special? 1-ON-1 THERAPY SERVICES
During my first two years of
high school, Andrew showed Physical, Speech, Occupational,
me what needed to be done Aquatic Therapy & Athletic Training
in order to become successful
on the track. He was continu- marletteregionalhospital.org 989-635-4350
ously showing me new drills
and working with me to have
better form. Coach Storm has
been a huge role model of
mine since I was little. She was
always encouraging me to be
the best I could be. Whether it
was track, basketball, life, or
academics, Coach was there
to make sure that I was doing
everything I can to be the best
version of myself. I can’t thank
her enough for everything she
has done for me.

 What events do you partici-
pate in? 100m hurdles, 300m
hurdles, high jump, long jump,
4x100m relay, 4x200m relay,
and 4x400m relay. I would do
different events depending on
the year and the meet.

  What is your biggest lesson
you’ve learned from sports?
If you honestly put 110% into
whatever you are doing, then
you are successful. All you can
do is put your best effort for-
ward; sometimes it will lead to a
victory, but other times it won’t.
If you don’t come out with a
win, at least you know that you
left everything out there and
won’t have any regrets. You
won’t wish that you would have
tried harder because you know
that you gave it your all.

What is the best thing about
a track meet? The support from
everyone. During most sports,
you don’t see kids, coaches,
and parents from the opposing
school cheering you on, but in
track, it happens all the time.
Everyone wants you to suc-
ceed.
